A blend of two great coffees that create a rich Ethio-jazz mix of flavours; great both black and white.
A blend of two Ethiopian beans: Gomoro washing station in Guji and Gera washing station in Limu.
Black, this coffee opens with rich caramel and toasted hazelnuts. There's a bright burst of ripe mango, the juiciness flooding your senses like biting into the sun-ripened fruit on a lazy Malaysian afternoon. A whisper of chrysanthemum blossoms offers a floral counterpoint with a subtle, green bitterness.
With milk, we've got the mango, notes of fresh sugar cane juice swirl in. There's obvious fleshy, ripe peach, leaving behind a lingering warmth like a sunset's afterglow.
