Medium-dark Roast

Darker brown with a little shine to the beans. We don't roast until there is oil — it's against our religion. These beans have a less body, reduced acidity, and more prominent roasted flavours.

These beans are quite roasty and boring as a black handbrew. A handbrew with milk will taste like a classic coffee. As a black espresso there will be more caramel and toasted flavours. In a flat white, this roast can be delicious!
