    This roast is light brown with no surface oils, highlighting the bean's original characteristics, acidity, and fruity or floral notes.

    Best for exceptional coffees made using a handbrew method. They tend to be a bit too acidic in espresso.

    Light roasts are denser, requiring near-boiling water (~100°C) to fully penetrate the bean particles and extract their delicate flavours
