Manual brew, filter, drip, pourover
Handbrew Method
Handbrew coffees range from fruity to chocolatey; light roast to medium-dark. The main difference between handbrew and espresso, other than the cost of the equipment, is that the flavours are more spread out with handbrew.
Espresso Brewing
Brewing under pressure concentrates the flavours of the coffee. Espresso coffee ranges from fruity to chocolatey; light roast to medium-dark. We need to develop the beans in the roaster more to get the right balance of flavours to make great espresso.
