Introducing Tai Tai’s Revenge, a handbrew single-origin coffee produced by Jairo Arcila, a third-generation Colombian coffee producer with decades of experience. Jairo began his coffee journey as a Mill Manager for Colombia's second-largest exporter and has since expanded his passion by owning multiple coffee estates, including the celebrated La Esmeralda Farm. Alongside his sons, Jairo has cultivated rare varietals such as Pink Bourbon, Java, Papayo, and Gesha, refining the art of Colombian coffee production.
