The Story

Ice-Cream Man is designed for everyday handbrew — a year-round blend that drinks well at any temperature and rewards consistency rather than precision. The Brazilian component, Patrímônio das Nuvens, carries the brightness: crisp apple peel and cranberry, the notes that pull you through the cup. The Colombian La Constancia adds caramel sweetness, spice, and the structure that stops a light filter coffee from feeling thin.

The result is a blend with range: lively when hot, smooth as it cools, and interesting enough to make you want another.

In the Cup

Cranberry and apple peel up front, bright and tart. Cinnamon-bun sweetness develops as it cools, with caramel in the finish. Light-bodied but never thin; satisfying from first sip to last.
