Elevate your handbrew experience with Ethiopia Halo Berity, a coffee sourced from the renowned Yirgacheffe region. Grown at altitudes between 1900 and 2150 metres, this coffee is expertly produced by smallholder farmers led by Abeyot Ageze. Our handbrew roast is perfect for those who appreciate the subtler flavours, where every nuanced layer can be savoured. With its distinctive profile and rich heritage, this single-origin coffee offers a complex and satisfying brew for handbrew enthusiasts.

The name Monkey Puzzle is inspired by the monkeys that gather near the washing station, observing from the treetops as the beans are processed. Although the workers use nets to keep them away, the monkeys are always attempting to find new ways to sneak in and have a go on the machinery.
