Artisan Brew Water

With handbrew coffee made up of a little less than 99% water, choosing the right water is essential for a perfect brew. Artisan Brew Water is designed to be the best possible 99% for your coffee, optimising extraction to bring out clarity and depth in every brew of Artisan Roastery’s specialty coffee.

Our water is filtered to purity, then infused with ions—primarily magnesium, known for enhancing coffee extraction. We’ve kept calcium ions to a trace, adjusted KH to 55 ppm, and stabilised the pH at 7.4, creating an ideal composition for coffee brewing. While you could replicate this with lab equipment, we’ve made it for you in convenient 500 mL bottles.

How to Use:
