Opt out of data sharing

We may share limited information, such as browsing and purchase activity, with partners like Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to measure and improve our marketing. To opt out, email shop@artisanroast.com.my with the subject line "Data sharing opt-out" and include the email address you use with us. You can also decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner on our website.

Request deletion of your data

To ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, including any data received when you interacted with us through Facebook or Instagram, email shop@artisanroast.com.my with the subject line "Data deletion request". Please include your name and the email address or social media account linked to your interactions with us. We will confirm your request by email and let you know once your data has been deleted. We may keep certain records, such as order and tax records, where the law requires us to.

Your rights

In line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may also ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the same address.
