Purpose
The Blackbird Blend is designed to be versatile, working well both with milk and without: the deep bass of an Indonesian coffee processed in the giling basah method unique to the area helping the coffee through milk despite being a lighter roast, giving us toffee and raisins; the Brazilian coffee lends fruit and nuts to the mix and makes this a decent coffee for drinking black. It remains an eternal favourite, enchanting and unwavering throughout the years.
