The delicate, fragrant aroma of lemon blossom, offers a light, airy hint of what’s to come in this delightfully enchanting coffee. This floral note melds with the sweetness of longan, adding a lush, tropical depth. There’s a subtle hint of ripe peach, probably coming from the natural process giving the brew a soft, juicy flourish. Overall, a delightful delicate cup.

Ethiopia Regessa Sidama

Regessa is a family man with four children. He studied agricultural business management at Saint Mary's University and holds a diploma in Plant Sciences from Dilla University. Working in Bensa Woreda's agricultural enterprise, Regessa honed modern farming techniques which he implements on his 4-hectare farm, shaded by interspersing his 9000 heirloom coffee plants with ‘false banana’ trees.

He operates a small drying station, processing his coffee naturally. His method starts with the removal of floaters, followed by hand-sorting defects on raised beds, and concludes with a single-layer drying in the sun for 23-25 days.
